970's having performance issues using 4GB Vram - Nvidia investigating

Just want to say thanks to Bailey and Gibbo and everyone at OcUK. I sent my 970 back packed to survive a nuclear blast and they processed it the day it reached them, processed the refund and the money was in my bank the next day. Bought a Asus 980 from OcUK and extremely happy with my purchase. It's customer service like this that continues to make me recommend OcUK to everyone I know!

Good Show OcUK and the retailer in Germany, it should be Nvidia footing the bill for this, not board partners and these two Retailers.

Who has contacted gigabyte directly ? I prefer this idea tbh save overclockers the hastle and i might get a deal. How did they contact them and what upgrade quote where you given ?

Yep it is great, we even have an office in Taiwan to support our Far East shipments and to have regular meetings with our Far Eastern suppliers. Helps all the more to get better deals and improve service.

Looks like Scabs and Scaria are waiting on a response from NV about it before issuing refunds...

If this momentum carries on I can see a recall on the GTX 970 imo.
