980 8 pack

Hi

just installed the 980 8 pack edition, but no matter what i do i cant get the fans to slow down, there of full speed constantly even though the card is pretty much cold.

i also cant see the fan speed or temps through the control panel.

what am i missing please?

also did a driver clean.

that's what i get for having amd for the last 3 upgrades.

should the nvidia control panel show the fans speed etc, as mine are missing. i don't have the performance tab
