980 And Physx Problems

Noticed that there are quite a few people with this problem, Certain games do not have the Physx options anymore.

Batman: AO is one, Physx only goes up to Normal where as with the 780 in my HTPC it goes up to "High".

Same story with AC: Black Flag, Physx isn't even on the menu any more.

Driver/teething problem maybe ?

Already did that, Guessing it's a driver problem then with the 900 series.

I will have a look later but did have a blast on Batman AO and sure PhysX was high. We do need new drivers and I suspect we could see them today (or at least hope so).

I wouldn't worry about physx in black flag either, it's still broken and won't be getting fixed. Even GFE recommends physx is disabled for it

It's mainly just the Arkham series that's got me bothered, It's my favorite game series and the Physx feature really brings certain aspects to life IMO.

I just uninstalled the Physx and Physx legacy drivers, Re-installed them and everything seems to work fine now, Try that

True true but I always install both Physx and Physx Legacy drivers separately from the main GPU driver, Guess it was just a wonky install

Just reinstall PhysX and it comes back.
