Thinking of buying a 980GTX and was wondering would mu system bottleneck it in any away ?

System Specs:
i7 2700k 3.5ghz
16gb DDR3
Asus P8z68 Deluxe Gen 3
570GTX
Res: 2560x1440

What PSU do you have? Also, how come your 2700k is at stock?! That could do with being overclocked.
