Nothing wrong with that, It's not overkill some games will still bring it too it's knees,

A 980ti for 1080p?
I'm thinking about getting one for gaming at 1080p.
What's putting me off a bit are reports of some games dropping below 60fps, which I wouldn't expect from a card that's supposed to be one of the most powerful available, and which costs >£500.
I'm using two at 1080p , allbeit 2560x but never to much power regardless of res
