Hello,

I woke up this morning to find this:

ARTEFACTS!! (or something)
using GPU-Z and some ridic. settings in VGA bootmode, I was able to take a screens

and
http://gpuz.techpowerup.com/11/03/21/3me.png

From my understanding one GPU of the two died, and cuz of the fact that i see blue lines horizontally (NOW) all over the screen now I have decided to buy myself a 460..

The question is now, which one should I get from the shop?
There are way too many versions and I havent been up to date with these cards since I last bought my PC in '09.

Currently mounting an i7 920@3ghz with 3GB 3xchan rams and 750 W Corsair.

Any help to shed some light is appreciated!

I would personally get the EVGA GTX 460 SSC. it's £150 ATM but sadly not from OcUK.
EVGA and Gigabyte have the best customer services

Welcome to the forums!

Thank you, I been lurking for a while and never had any problems that's why I never posted lol.

What does SSC stand for? and if you were to get one from the ones here at OCUK which one would you get?
I heard that Plain 1gb 460's are better than the SE or 7xxmb versions
