9800 gx2 watercooling

Ive been looking around to see if i can get a couple of 9800 gx2 waterblocks but so far with no sucess.
What im wondering is the gtx 295 dual pcb card the waterblock for that looks very similar to the older 9800 gx2 one. Does anyone think it would possibly fit the 9800gx2 or would it be a complete waste of time and money.

As above, not a chance that a gtx295 waterblock will fit on your 9800gx2.

There was a waterblock made for them, but remember the card is no longer produced and thus the chances of the waterblocks being avaiable are slim
