You made a mistake it an ATI 9800 pro AIW (All-In-Wonder) not AIO
Think you will find you need a whole system upgrade by now

7800GS AGP should see you right for 4k gaming (and above).

Gaming on that at ultrawide is a small miracle tbf, but yes a new system is the way now unfortunately.
