9800GT green dots

hi i am getting green dots, sparkling in games and in video, i even downlocked my card, and its still doing this.

Sounds like the memory, or the core is going on it, so an RMA.

Is it connected via DVI? Some cards have trouble pushing enough voltage through a long DVI cable resulting in the problem you are experiencing. Do you experience same green dots on lower resolution?

mmm seems that it has now stopped doing it, right as i wanted to send it lol

I was getting some green flashes here and there a few months back and checked my DVI cable - it was almost out

Plugged it in fully and no problems.
