9800GTX+ to GTX560Ti but with only a capped 2.4Ghz CPU

Don't have enough cash right now to splurge on a new 2500K, mobo and memory so was wondering if just upgrading my GPU will make much difference with my CPU which can't overclock more than 2.4GHz.

Spec:

E4300 - Overclocked to 2.4Ghz, had it at 3.0Ghz but a cheap new motherboard has severely hampered my overclockability.
Gigabyte G41-M Motherboard
3GB RAM
9800GTX+ Graphics card
74GB Raptor Hard Drive

Yes it will still be a massive boost, might be slightly bottlenecked by the CPU, but youll still see healthy increase

I think you will be particularly bottlenecked in online games where the cpu does a lot of the work, but as mentioned I think you will still see a reasonable improvement in most single player, less cpu dependent titles.
