9800GX2 fan speed

Whats the fan speed at idle ? mine revs up when I start the PC but is quiet from then on, goes to 65 degrees when playing Crysis but I 've got the case side off
or it would be higher for sure

Nvidia Ntune shows the fans as System 31889rpm Nforce 675rpm Aux2 18rpm

Not heard it ramp up speed yet tho, what temp triggers it?

On mine it's around 35-37% i think.

I'm using rivatuner in vista64.

Not sure on the speed or temps on mine, but mine definatly ramps up when playing Assassins Creed for example and is audible

Idle its silent and most other games its pretty silent too

With these & similar cards exhausting out of the side & into the case is a bad idea, anyone modded their side panel to improve things? my side fan is too high up, I've got a spare side that fits & I might try fitting a fan with a short duct so its sucks directly at the card & see how much diff it makes
