Hi all,

Tiny quick bit of advice, I have a 9800GX2 attached to my Asus P5K Premium mobo, Q6600 cpu and 4gb G Skill memory.

I've overclocked the FSB to 400 so the CPU is now at 3.6, but A: does overclocking the FSB also overclock the graphics card? and B: if not, how do I go about overclocking the graphics card? I've tried downloading N-Tune, but because the chipset on the mobo isn't Nvidia it doesn't seem to want to play ball.

Can anyone advise?

Thanks,

Nope the FSB does not o/c the graphics card. Try Rivatuner.

^^^^ as above. Doesn't seem to be too many people getting much out of the GX2. You'll get a bit out of it but not sure how much, just make sure you turn up the fans!

I've used RivaTuner on mine. Had the card up to 700/2100 and that only adds a few degrees to load temps...it's loading about 90c, which is apparently pretty safe considering the throttle-down temperature is 105c. Make sure you monitor temperatures though (RivaTuner can do that).
