my mate has just updated his os to windows 7 and now it says code 43 driver stopped by windows , so is this card scrap as it does not give any red lights on the card itself . is it a driver issue or the card ?

edit :> even tried it in my system with the same result

works fine when drivers are not installed , i will have to sell him my spare 3870x2 if it is dead :( . the card looks clean but gives the error *code43* what ever that means , none of the warning led's give red light so i do not know whats wrong with it
