9800xt to a x850xtpe - PSU up to IT?

I'm using a shuttle rig, and the PSU has been working well, but I need to throw in a x850xtpe.

Does anyone know how much extra power the x850xtpe uses? Or a site which has the numbers? If it's over 30W I may have to stick with the 9800XT. :hs:
 
As far as i know it's a bit more. I considered putting one in a work pc but the power draw was greater than a 7800gt i also had so i ended up using that. I think it even draws more than a 6800ultra! :eek:

Edit: Comes out as 10watts more than an overclocked 9800xt so you'll probably be ok! :)
 
Thanks mang.... i've thrown it in there, and it's working rather well. :)

The PSU does get rather warm tho, but apart from that, the extra speed is worth it. :cool:
