9800XT upgrade needed...

I am looking to upgrade my 9800XT and wondering what the best option would be with a new MB and graphics card?

Dont really have a budget but dont want to go over the top. Just looking for an improvement at the best price. I currently have a AMD 64 3400 setup, so looking along that route rather than pent.

Thanks for the replies. PCI is the way I want to go, thats why I would need to change the MB too.

I have a 450w power pack so I dont think that is a problem. What MB would you recommend. I normally go with ASUS.
