980ti fan buzz

Got a Zotac AMP 980ti. The fan(s) make a buzzing/rattle noise when I set the fan speed to 60%. It is a constant buzz at this speed. Any lower and it goes away, and when it goes from below to above 60% it will buzz for a few seconds and then go away again. I initially thought it was the H110i pump noise which I thought was the normal noise..

Can I RMA the card for this reason?

I would say yes.

Yes you should be able to RMA it. Fans should not be rattling.

if the card was not long purchased i would return it to the placed you bought it for a faster return but if not rma with zotac should be ok to do
