Hi,
I bought a reference 980ti off the bay prefitted with an NG10 AIO connector board but no AIO. Owner sells it as working.
Fitted an AIO, put it in a Z77/2600K rig that is working with a TitanX (same exact board, full-fat chip), no joy.
Tried three other computers which are all driving 970s with no joy.
Sent it back.
Owner says "still working with i7 7700K/z970f and also with Z87/4670K". Sends it back to me.
Fitted original TitanX cooler and tried again in Z77. No joy. Flashed BIOS of Z77, no joy.
Tried in an gigabyte 970A/FX-8320, no joy.
I have no rigs that can do Gen3 PCIE and both his can do that. Is it possible that this card can only do Gen3 PCIE? None of my computers can see this card at all. Boot of onboard VGA, no card displayed in device manager, no signal to monitor.
Any help would be much appreciated. Also anyone near SE9 that has a board running GEN3 that wouldn't mind letting me try the card, please let me know.
