980ti PSU

Have a 430watt Corsair CX430M running a i7 4970s and a couple of SSD's and a MSI 960 4GB and looking to add a 980ti

Do you think I will need to upgrade my PSU to handel the 980Ti

Personally I would upgrade. You'd probably get away with it but you have a expensive CPU and GPU so it's worth investing in a decent PSU to protect them.

ideally 80+ gold or better

or 850w if you want to leave the option open to buy a cheap 2nd card for SLI.

Just get a 650W from a reputable brand, that'll cover you for upgrade in the future and even maybe a 2nd card if you ever decide to try or go that route.
