Hi,

Ok, so this chip is far far beyond my overclocking abilities :p and I would really appreciate some help to just get it running at 4Ghz with my RAM at the correct speeds. It's 30 degrees idling at stock at the moment.

Running on:
- Asus P6X58D-E
- OCZ DDR3 PC3-12800/1600MHz/Reaper HPC/6GB - CL 6-8-6-24 (CAS-TRCD-TRP-TRAS) - 1.65V

I've worked out that if I go with:
FSB (CPU Ratio Setting) = 25
BCLK Frequency = 160

Then it's a nice 4Ghz clock speed and gives me a DRAM frequency option of 1604mhz which is what I want right? (I haven't set these yet, just played with the numbers as I have no idea if they are correct? :p).

What im confused at is the 1000s of other voltage and frequency settings and if I can just safely Auto them? Could someone look through these pics and tell me what should be what please.

CPU Screen 1
CPU Screen 2
CPU Screen 3

DRAM Timings Screen 1
DRAM Timings Screen 2

For example where do I enter the RAM timings & voltage, what CPU vCore should I go with (Do i need to set a CPU PPL Voltage?)...? And do I need to touch any of the QPI/UCLK frequencies or other things like chipset voltages, or is AUTO good enough?

Thanks very much for any help.

Well to set the cpu voltage you set it using the second option from the top that reads cpu voltage on your CPU Screen 2.

A good cpu voltage for a 4Ghz overclock on your 980x to start of with would be a 1.25 cpu voltage, so set the cpu voltage option to this and then do some stress testing on your system to make sure its gonna be stable.
