So im glad my title brought you in, here's my problem:

Recently replaced my faulty delidded 8700k with a 9900kF (when you get that reason to upgrade ¬¬) and of course had to try and push 5ghz and got there with 1.32V with 45 uncore and vcsa and vcio untouched (never goes higher than1.08 and 1.2 respectively).

Currently cooled by a h100i platinum with 2 ML120 fans pushing air from outside through rad config.
All happily contained within a Corsair 380T my dream case but it provides a few challenges,It has a 200mm cooler master fan pulling in from the front with a 2080ti seahawk x rad behind it keeping the gfx card cool. Exhaust fan is a corsair AF120

my temps are easily spiking to 70 under general load at ambient 25.c with fans literally trying to move the case thanks to the extreme profile. I Cant run avx instructions without hitting over 100.c at which point i kill the test, i ran prime without avx for a number of hours whilst keeping in the 90's.

Is there anything more i can do to cool this mini kettle i have in my pc now or am i am the limits of my case.I tried reducing voltage but had no stability and have to use asrocks level 1 llc which isn't great but i think I'm safe from voltage spikes as have never read anything more than 1.34.

Thanks for any help you can give.
