9900K New Build High Temps/BIOS Attempt

First of all My Motherboard is an Aorus Master Z390 and a H150I Cooler

I built a new system on Thursday and then started testing with ROGBench and Temps hit 90c at Stock Settings after 30mins

I have re-seated the H150i and used Arctic MX4 Paste and Re-tested with ROGBench hit 88c

I have only changed 3 settings in the BIOS
XMP Enabled
Vcore 1.140v
Load Line Calibration Turbo

Idling is around 29c Coolant 32c CPU
1 hours of ROGbench 38c Coolant, 76c CPU
1 hour of Adia 64 35c Coolant, 73c CPU

I am new to Overclocking and Undervolting so I am worried about my settings for 24/7 use

I tough I was getting somewhere but I am not

The following setting above were working Fantastic
I have had Adia 64 and ROGbench running for 6 hours each and I thought fantastic game time but I was mistaken

I have upped the voltage to 1.15v 1.16v and it keep blue screening with Code Whea

Update:

It think if have found this issue it might have been Multi-Core Enhancement, I noticed my CPU were clocking up to 4.8 ~ 5Ghz randomly.

I have played a few games of Battlefield V and Run Adia64 & ROGBench and it seems stable currently at

XMP Enabled
VCore 1.18v
LLC high

CPU temps are now 71c ROGBench and 67c in Adia 64

Do I leave these setting now for 24/7 use or is there an Adaptive mode like Asus Boards?

Ok I have used my system for a full day at 1.18v LLC High.

Test methods
1 hour of Adia64 and RealBench
5 Games of Battlefield V
5 Runs on Cinebench R20
1 Time spy stress test

HWmonitor says my VCore Voltage avarage is 1.128v when stress testing.

Do I need to set the LLC lower or set a dynamic vcore.

Not sure what you are asking.
If it is stable try lowering voltage till it is unstable then put it back up a touch to achieve the lowest possible voltage with stability.

If you are looking for adaptive, see my post above and experiment with that.

Well I am happy to leave the settings as they are and just keep lowering voltage.

But would setting it to Adaptive be better for 24/7 use?
