9900k - question about clock speed.

Hello. My mobo Asus Prime Z390-A. Cpu is 9900K.
My question is. When i enable memory xmp ( 3000mhz ) my cpu speed was on 3700mhz on load. So scores was lower than expected.
But i disabled ASUS MULTICOREENHACEMENT from AUTO. And scores are normal.
Question is . I must change some voltages now or just leave it like they was ?

hey man what are your temps? it could be thermal throttling
