9900k Time to up upgrade?

So currently running my faithful 9900k with a 4080 series card @3440x1440 at 120hz

That alongside a WD black m.2 and 32gb of corsair ram ( unknown speed )

This is purely a gaming pc btw.

Thoughts on if its worth a cpu, motherboard and memory upgrade at this stage?

I will take the advice it seems, i mean everyone loves an upgrade but the cost vs performance doesn't seem worth it at this stage.

Most games are making 100fps but your always after more.. because you can!
