9950x temps at full load?

Ran a stress test on this CPU in OCCT for 1 hour, and it sat around 75c for most but hit 80c at one point. The cooler is a Noctua NH-D15 G2 and ambient room temp was 21-22c. Is this an expected result for these components or do I need to "fix" something?
 
Temps look fine, its not at the point where it would thermal throttle and during gaming\normal use you may not reach that.

Monitor the system are your normal use of the PC and see what they are like

Doesn't seem unreasonable, stress test should in theory be putting it under more load than it'll ever or at least normally get to so guessing it'll chill in the 60s most of the time under use, also of course depends on your fan setup, if they were blasting away 100% and sounding like a jet engine then maybe a bit high but assuming they weren't I don't see any issue.
