A 22" with VA type panel

Hi all

i need to buy a 22" monitor with a VA panel. i tied a search on google but i cant find any models, dones anyone here know if OCUK sells a 22" with VA panel.

your help will be greatfull.

That's an odd set of criteria, why must it be 22" with VA?

I recall someone mentioning one model that's a VA. I can't remember which one though...

It's safe to say that the 22" market is pretty devoid of VA panels.

there's only a couple:

Eizo S2231W-E and the Eizo CG222W. There is also the high res Lenovo L220x. Neither are particularly mainstream, and come at a fair cost. You may be better looking in the 20" or 24" market to broaden your choices

Is there a reason the 22" market is so devoid of higher quality panels? I love the size over the 20" but I'm not willing to use the higher res 24".

just because the market was flooded with cheap to manufacturer TN Film models, and now it would cost them a lot to bring in other technologies....that would just put their screens at too high a price to compete, and since most users are happy with TN Film, they just keep pushing that to drive costs down instead. Add to this that the leading panel manufacturers dont really make any 22" panels which aren't TN Film either
