A 27''+ 1920x1080 IPS ~4ms monitor with ''Aspect Ratio Control'' 1:1 feature?

I am looking for a 27''+ 1920x1080 IPS ~4ms monitor, preferably with speakers, with a feature that lets you display any resolutions/aspect ratio like: 480p, 720p, 1280X1024...basically anything below native monitor resolution and only those pixels will display, instead of the image filling the screen. So if your signal is 480p, you will have a tiny box in the middle of your seen with black space around it. I believe LG has it under: ''Aspect Ratio'' in their newer OSDs, there is an option called 1:1.

Does anyone know of any models with those kind of specs that have this feature?
