A 27" monitor for Photo editing etc ?

I'm looking for a 27" Monitor that will be used for many things but most importantly it needs to be good for Photo editing. At the moment I use a Dell 2408 WFP which has been a great monitor and I want something as good and hopefully better

What do you recommend ?

Is that based on experience of the monitor, having good reviews?

How does this compare to the Dell UltraSharp U2713H which is a bit more expensive ?

Thanks guys, I'm not to bothered about the price just wanted the best one I could get, I'll see if there are any other options but will probably order the H on the weekend.
