My 4th 360 (Launch Elite) RROD on me recently. I got a refund and bought another new Elite.
Now I have a problem. When on any game on multiplayer the mic icon is always lit up. Even if the mic is on mute. Even if I turn the mic volume down to ZERO in the guide.
So you are probably thinking, it could be a mic or controller issue. Nope.
Tried another controller (original White version) and another headset (chatpad headset) and the same problem occurs.
Any ideas?
Also just to let you know the included mics with 360s are now the chatpad version mics.
I keep coming back to the same idea that it's the 360.
