A 3dmark result help please.

I get 9300 in 3dmark06 with spec in sig gtx is at stock atm. Dunno if this is about right or not tbh.

Does your mate have a pair of 8800 GTX's or is he just guessing?

If you not O/C'ing you CPU then approx 13000 is a decent enough score.

The problem is the CPU is bottlenecking your system. (If you have Pro try increasing the resolution and AA AF settings then run a bench using SLI and non-SLI it should show more of a difference apologies but that is a bit of a guess)

Easy way to test is O/C the graphics cards say 10% CPU at stock, I bet your score doesn't go up by much at all. Then O/C the CPU by 10% and have the GPU's at stock.

I can get approx 14500 when I OC my CPU to 3.46GHz. If you have a look at the projects ppl publish you need a massive O/C on your CPU (though the 4MB cache Core 2 seems to have a big advantage in the CPU tests over the 2MB cache) or quadcore to get 16000+
