I quite like the outcome of this :)

cor, me too :D
Very smooth, very ghostly :)

There's some odd mottled effect going on though? Most noticable on the far left rocks, but upon closer inspection, is across the whole image..

Edit : And that lil' red light between the rocks is perhaps a touch distracting, too :)

edit edit : Hang on, or is that the sun! :o

hehe, that is indeed the sun :)

Edit: And I think that lense is little water droplets on the lense or something, which I hadn't noticed till you pointed them out :)

This was the method where I did the following.

1. Set metering mode to spot
2. Set the camera to aperture priority
3. Change the focal point to the sky, take a photo
4. Then change focal point to the water/foreground, take a photo
5. Then let photoshop help you merge the rest.

Someone had suggested I use the centre metering mode. I found that this gave me more or less the same settings for the foreground and background, which of course didn't work very well.

Thats almost as good a sex!

Made me drop my mouth when i saw it! It really draws you into the picture, and its so calming.

If i were you, i would enlage it and paste it as wallpaper on your walls, or even better, on the side of the house!
