a beginner in photography, what lenses/tutorials/kit would you suggest.

I plunged for a canon eos 650d comes with the kit lense - 18-55mm its good dont get me wrong ive took some very sharp snaps, but im guessing im going to have to invest in a better lense, im wanting something sharper, prefably a m acro lense for close up work, what would people suggest here, along with other kit and some tutorials to get the best out of this, im a beginner but loving every minute
