A friend of mine had a handy pull-out drawer in one of his. We're going back 12 years here, but I've never seen one to buy - I would like one.
I had a 12(ish)-slot cd storage thing in my old PC. That was the closest I could find

It's pretty good, easy way to monitor CPU temps too. Noticed Asus have a new better version out now:
