A bit of help with a cheap build please!

Hey guys, the girlfriend has decided that she wants to get a computer instead of an xbox because she wants to play the sims 3, so i've told her i'll build her a computer that will play it and a few other games.

Now shes got a budget of £250 max, i've already got an old case and PSU for her to use but i need a bit of help.

In her current computer she has an Intel E1200 (1.6GHZ 800MHz FSB 512KB L2) so i was wondering if i would be able to get a decent overclock with this with the low end stuff to go along with it? Or is it worth getting a new processor aswell?

Heres what i come up with to go along with it, if you think theres a better way to spend the money then please tell me! Thanks!

She dosen't want an xbox because she still needs the computer for other things, the psu is a cooler master real power 450w, which will handle fine. So it is worth getting a new porcessor also?

she will be playing at 1280x1024; so dosen't need anything great.
