I picked this up for £10 as it needed butchering.

I didn't clean the bones down on the rack as much as I should have, to be honest there are better things to do.

All the trim is roasting in the oven for a stock as we speak.

OP's actions are in direct Violation of the Geneva Convention on Human Rights!

No human should be allowed to wave about with reckless abandon; shots of the butchering of meat products and created accompanying trimmings without thought for other forum members and not take photos of the final product (AKA "The Plate Shot"!)

Prosecution rests m'lord!
