you should have a MIT section in the BIOS, you will find it in there. Failing that just look around for a bit, the BIOS isn't that big, shouldn't take too long to find
it's on the bios page that starts with

If it does say manual (default is auto) change it - this will open out all the OCing options.

As for what to set it to - that's mobo/chip/ram dependent - read a few Q6600 oc threads - it's trial and error for the very best stable overclock
most will oc well - but not all. Have fun
Edit: pressing the delete key during post will access the bios (sorry if you already knew this)
