A bit of Vundo help please

Hey all, I all but cleaned Vundo, bar a registry entry or two, so I then go back into normal windows and when I do a scan it detects a .dll again, and a few registry entries, i've tried SDFix, Vundofix, Vundo Be Gone etc, and they all say theres no traces of Vundo to be found, yet it's only Super Anti Spyware that spots it, I even deleted the Vundo entries of Hijack This and at least when I checked again upon reboot in safe mode they wasnt around, does anyone have any suggestions? as I dont want to have to keep cleaning it yet most of these programs saying I dont even have it anymore haha, it's just one random .dll that keeps being the problem, and i'm guessing thats adding the registry entries too, so any help would be greatly appreciated, Many Thanks :D

Edit: It also says it's Adware.Vundo on Super Anti Spyware if thats any different, as I had a Trojan too earlier, CryptX or something, but i've cleaned that up now touch wood at least haha :p, at least it seems like it, I dont see how these things can reappear when they've been removed and wasnt found in the scan before, I dont browse ANY dodgy sites at all so any help would be greatly appreciated, Many Thanks again :)
 
I used it, I cant see anything it's really mentioned about cleaning anything, shall I post the log file? or if theres nothing obvious it's mentioned thats a good sign or? :p Many Thanks :D

Edit: I run Super Anti Spyware again and once again it lists the same 5 files, 1 file, 4 registry entries, yet it's only this program that seems to find anything? even the specific Vundo programs dont find anything, and the file that appears I think I had removed before, it's just a random named .dll again, which I had already removed from HihackThis i'm pretty sure, but Many Thanks if anyone can suggest how to get rid of this one .dll, as it does seem to be just this one being a pain now haha :p

And oops I also noticed I posted it in the wrong section sorry about that, and also, in Safe Mode, on the Spyware Scanner it only detects on registry entry, yet when not in safe mode it detects 1 file and 5 registry entries, yet they arent detected by any other program and just wont be deleted by this program, so does anyone have any other suggestions on how to remove it? from what I can see Combo fix didnt find anything, and Hijack This doesnt seem to show any problems any more after I removed the 3 I found in it
