Thinking of getting a new card,currently running a x1900xt,C2D 2140 @3ghz and 2GB Ram.

Seen all the hype about the 8800GTS but im a bit confused over this "AA/AF stuff" is the 8800GTX still a better card for running with all the eye candy on or is the 8800GTS better?

Budget is £300 so what would you suggest.
 
The GTX is stronger, but is larger, runs hotter, and isn't that much better. You only really benefit if you're playing at really high resolutions and settings, or thats the impression I get. Up til it starts to get bandwidth limited its pretty much toe to toe with the GTX.
