So, my mate wants a new PC, he has nothing he can re-use as he has been using a laptop for the past few years which no longer works. His budget is about £400 - £500 (but closer to £400). He wants it to play Warcraft 3 and other games like that, maybe some EVE if I can him back into it...so...spec us up OCUK...

He has a TV with HDMI in so he will use this, but needs wireless/bluetooth KB/M...
