is there any cases out there that are like the dell 9150 case,
were the duct for the fan is a direct feed from outside to a tuniq style cpu cooler.
ive always wanted to build in to a del case like this as my dad has the dimension 9150,
and the cpu stay very cool even when gaming. as then i thought of making a piece of
ducting to just fly the cpu hot air right out the back using a push pull config

the OP makes a good point - every air cooled case should get its air from outside the chassis - as it is most of the air cooled CPU's are having already warm air blown onto them.

The drawback is accumulating dust even faster than normal.

You can use any case with a 120mm rear fan. Turn the fan around, run ducting to the heatsink, and put a fan on the other side of the heatsink for good measure.

would be an easy mod....
if you don't want to cut up the case, you could use some 6" radius plastic tubing to duct air from a front intake the cooler

That case isn't an ATX case, so you're looking for BTX cases (I think), but they won't take standard motherboards.

My advice if you want a cooler fed cool air from the outside - use a Corsair H50 or H70 CPU cooler and have the fans set as an intake. I don't think there are large gains to be had anyway, providing your current case has half decent airflow.
