a cat question

so my and my gf think our cat has a 'second home' mainly because he has managed to lose his collar twice in a week. having worn one for half a year and not having problems we think someone maybe taking them off him. have searched around the garden etc to see if they have snaped off, (they are them anti choking ones) but we cant find them.

so any cat owners that can tell me anything i can do except kill every other person in the neighbourhood etc.

Antichoke collars fall off every where, they are pap. Our man of the house ditches his twice a week just walking around the flat.

our cat had one of for 6 months never lost it, it could be coincidence that he lost 2 in a week.

we got cat insurance and it comes with a little tag with the insurance number on to phone them if the cat gets lost.

am going to buy a proper collar and see how long that lasts, do you not worry that the cat could get it stuck and get choked?

got it microchipped before we let it out, dont think he realy cares about the colar on or off. maybe leaving without a colar is best bet.

( i was thinking about how to get a collar u can track or a camera u could put on him, always wondered were he goes off to)
