A+ Certification Exam question

Hi guys,

Quick question...Does anyone know a directory or website which has a listing of the locations where I can take the A+ exam. I don't want to enroll on an expensive course, I'd rather learn myself from online resources but I can't seem to find anywhere to sign up for the actual exam.

Any help is much appreciated

Try prometric.com, they will have a list of test centres.

I did my N+ through prometric (for the exam) and learned everything form books. Best way to do a basic course like that so GL

OP: Did you download the syllabus from the CompTIA site? Interested in getting this but not sure whether I'd need a book to "learn" the stuff. Would just a like a reliable copy of the syllabus.
