Ok, so I need a graphics card and power supply for a friend that works with PCI 1.0 x16 for £100.

Guys, one questions: The guy is running a really old dual core pentium. Would upgrading just the graphics help, or does he really need a new cpu/mobo?

That wouldn't be too bad, but that would be £150 cheapest with some stuff from the MM
