A Cheap Netbook

The AO751's are a little on the slow side, the place I work for get quite a few back as the performance is choppy at best when you start throwing a few different tasks at them.

Have you looked at the ASUS Eee PC range? You should be able to pick up the older 1005/1008HA's, or at a stretch, you can pick up the newer 1001P with the superior Atom N450 Processors built in.

Looked at the Asus Eee PC 1001p and it looks the best choice, however i am stuck between that and the Dell mini 1012 with the 6 cell battery as a lot of reviews show the Dell mini 1012 is very good as it comes with the 6 cell, and OcUK sell it in black with the 6 cell which is very handy.

The Dell for me, as I think its fanless, I have had other netbooks in the past and the fans can be very annoying.

Flipside is it might get hotter.

ye, some people said it might get a bit hotter because its fanless, but i do think i might go with the asus 1001p, it looks really good, decent speeds, 1gb ram and can be upgraded i think so that might be an option when i actually buy one in around 4-6 weeks time.
