A class warning light ?

my friends daughter has an a class and a red warning light has appeared on the dash. Its a letter H with an oil can symbol under it, anyone know what it is?

I'd advise switching the engine off immediately - note "immediately" not "in a few miles" - and getting out the hand book.

Oil level is too high - Its the same message (and meaning) for Mercedes trucks too.

That said, if its anything like a Mercedes Actros, the Oil level will be fine, if anything a bit low! And its merely "crying Wolf"
