A clock interrupt was not received on a secondary processor BSOD

guys any idea what this is?? i been recently getting this BSOD while comps been in idle while i were away from keyboard e.g. password login screen into windows...

i heard somewhere its to do with VVT/VCORE voltages???

HOWEVER i been running my system stable for nearly a year at my current voltages and overclock settings... Vcore at 1.26V.... prime and intel burntest stable when i first overclocked it...

on the BSOD it dumps memory and i have to hard restart...

any help would be MUCH appreciated thankyou...
