A computer for a friend

Hi guys,

My friend is looking for just an every day PC with the ability to play championship manager 2013 (not the most taxing game).

I've put together this

He has already got a monitor and CD drive.

Any opinions are appreciated.

Trying to keep it sub £300 if possible

The PSU needs to go, its not very good.

He's not a gamer and the other features of the board probably won't benefit him too much but thanks for the option
