A cooling question

What do you mean? Static pressure as used in fan specs? His cooler is Megahalems but what fans are on it?

Static pressure rating is the difference in pressure between the front and the back fan, the highest level in mm H2O that fan is able to push the water in the tube before air stops pushing any more air.. Static = stopped, no movement.

CFM rating is how many cubic feet per minute of air fan can blow with no resistance/static pressure.. like setting on an empty table. Neither is of any use in real life. We need to see the graph of of the airflow/resistance to know how well the fan will actually perform in real life.
