A+ core hardware exam ...

Done this on Friday and passed!! WheyHey!!!

Now for the Software part - looking at the content, it shouldn't be to hard (or soft).

Exam was the first i've taken in about a hundred and fifty years or so, so was quite nervous. There were a few questions that i thought were a bit odd, and took a guess at a few.

But yeah not to bad. I went through all the 80 questions first only answering those that i could immediatly answer. That was about 50% of them. Then went back through the ones I had to think about. I repeated this until I was left with those i didn't know, which was about 5 or 6.

yes quite a few.

You won't get away without revising those tables i'm affraid.

IRQs, I/Os, DMA, SCSI types and speeds, Error codes, serial resources, LPT respources, etc etc..
