Hey,

I have an Amd 3000+ 64 (Specs in sig) Right, I went to OC it today.

Currently at 2.2ghz at 1.450v 244*9 (36 degrees UNDER load)
Memory divider is at 166mhz so they have gone to 200mhz with the OC, will drop to 133 when needed

Well, I heard you have to change the HTT Multiplier etc.... HTT (3X ATM)

Well are these settings fine ? Will prime tonight (Properley)

yeah thats fine, although most ppl reccomend turning cool n quiet off.

Ok, however now, Im on 2.4ghz (Amd 3800 speeds) Currently under prime 95
Not gone above 36 degrees (still on 1.450v as it wont go higher on this board)

Also, I used A64 Tweaker, and stuck the memory divider at 150, therefore my memory is still at 200mhz which I wanted.

What you think? Is this dam good or what? Too good to be true? Are temps being read wrong lol...
P.s. What advantage would I get if I put Cool&Quiet off.

ehat cooling are you using?

i dont know about the cnq, ppl just say turn it off. apparantly it can cause instability.

i hit 50c load (2.7 at 1.63v though) on occasions on an ultra-d, clocked at 2.6 with 1.44v max temp is 44 or there abouts so id say those temps are really good (or mine are crap)

I have Arctic cooling 64 freezer, with a Side Case Fan, blowing right on the heatpipes...

Jeez, Think it's time to bust the hoover on the MoFo of a Graphics Card. :rolleyes:

But seriously that is dusty in there

. Those temps are good, I recommend turning CnQ off. You probably won't even notice a temperature change.

Haha, I did "Bust a hoover" in their last week (Pic took last week)

Never got close to the graphics card though... how can I clean the gfx card without any damage....

Cool and quiet is now off.

Edit: Just noticed that my Motherboard temp is at 25 degrees.. that is pretty low

Easiest way would just be to blow across it with a hoover nearby to catch all the now floating dust. Or, roll up a bit of paper an use it as a nozzle for the hoover.

Erm, I will blow a hoover over it however im a bit worried like will anything come off it?

I hoover my graphics card all the time and not had any problems yet *touch wood*. Just don't get too ambitious with it
