A couple of sunset pics - with no sunset

Dug out the OS map and wandered to the second highest point I could find locally today, specifically with nabbing the sunset in mind.

I didn't actually get anything very decent from the sunset, but I did abuse the nice light and get these, which I quite like :

Colin - there aren't any stars in that shot! There is a moon, but no stars (I think people would twig onto something if I started cloning the moon!)
Nice idea though, if I'd hung around then I might have started being able to see stars and still have a touch of sunset light left... Hmmm... Cheers

I'm kinda hoping that when it comes to upgrading the D70, it will have very little resale value (or I can afford to keep it..)

Then D70 + removed hot filer = win

Every camera has its perks and pitfalls though tbh
